1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using WallReady, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

WallReady provides AI-assisted image compositing — placing artwork images into room photos. The service is provided on a subscription basis. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features at any time with reasonable notice.

3. Your account

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use WallReady.
  • You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
  • One account per person. Do not share accounts.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Upload images you do not own or have rights to use.
  • Use the service to generate misleading, defamatory, or illegal content.
  • Attempt to circumvent usage limits or reverse-engineer the service.
  • Resell or redistribute access to the service.

5. Intellectual property

You retain all rights to the images you upload. You grant us a limited licence to process those images solely for the purpose of delivering the service to you. Generated outputs belong to you, subject to the terms of our AI provider (Replicate).

6. Subscription and billing

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically.
  • You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period.
  • We do not offer refunds for partial months.
  • Prices may change with 30 days' notice.

7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of WallReady. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from the settings page.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [your jurisdiction]. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of [your jurisdiction].
